Did you know there’s actually a proper way to towel dry your hair?

Towel wraping your hair right out of the shower is fine. It’s what you do next that’s super important. Once you remove the towel you must squeeze the excess water from your hair with the towel. I know this can be difficult if your hands are stiff or in pain, just do you best. But for sure no rubbing your hair with the towel this will totally make your hair frizzy.

Movies can be so misleading, they always show people rubbing their hair dry with a towel. Don’t do it!
